Shifting Nav Mesh

Evening All,

Bit of a weird one, i’ve noticed that my AI characters seemed to be bumping into walls when the navmesh shouldn’t allow them too, in editor its fine and there is a lot of space between the walls and the edge of the nav mesh but when I simulate and view the nav mesh, it’s seemingly shifted?

I wouldn’t even know where to start looking for settings that could be affecting this, any ideas?
