In UE5.1 when I make the minimum depth of field on my camera below 1, such as .8 or .3, etc, I get some very weird distortion/fading effects on my geometry, like text for example as in this video. When the focal plane (during a wrack focus) hits the text, the text will dim for a few frames while the focus gets dialed in. Seems like the depth of field is not really very accurate, or buggy? Any ideas for a fix or solution for this? Im using lumen but I think the same thing occurs in path tracer.
