Shadows getting distorted after building lights

After building the lights my shadows becames distorted, how i can fix it? i tried playing around with the settings but nothing helped me


Lightmap resolution on the ground is too low.

looks like distance field shadows. make sure the meshes have enough volume information to create a nice approximate shadow. or change the light mobility, so they are rendered with realtime shadow methods. or simply bake the lighting if you only need static shadows with simple character interaction via volumetric lightmaps.
