Shadows blurry with high lightmap resolution?

My ground surface is rendering with blurry shadows even though the lightmap is set to 3000 pixels. Anyone have any solutions? Thanks

Big mesh is going to need big lightmap, that’s the problem.

Things you can try:

  1. Breaking it into smaller chunks.

  2. Make sure the UVs are good. Are they on the correct channel etc.

  3. Use dynamic lighting.
