Every time I render an image I have to retouch and add some missing shadows using photoshop (Please see the attached image to see the problem). Usually the shadows underneath the roofs keep missing, there is always a bright spot (It’s not a modeling problem). I would appreciate if anyone knows why this keeps happening, and if there is a solution please let me know.

Check your shadow bias and shadow distance settings and adjust as necessary to eliminate the bright spots under the overhang.
Or try using the Path Tracer to render.
What you show in the image is typical of problems I have experienced with exterior shadows and detail.
