Shadow optimization Please Help

i have about 500 spotlights in my game . It’s a labyrinth-like interior scene , low attention radius , shadow resolution 0.1 , nanite and lumen , but now the shadows are off , Because there is too much light, the game is too tight. What can be done to optimize the quality and the quality of such a scene , I can’t add directional light , I have to find an optimization method using spot

There’s a couple of settings in the spot, fade distance and the one next to it. They basically turn the light off when the player is not near by.

yes i use it too , but i still have to close the shadows
