Shadow on static mesh is bent and low res

Hello. I am having an issue, where after an unknown change the resolution of my shadows after the light build are completely messed up. I undid all my changes and reverted all of my settings, yet the issue remains. When I try to increase the static lighting resolution to the amount I read on multiple different forums on my terrain the light build remains on 0%. When this issue was not a problem, the lighting build took mere seconds, as this project is very early in development. I believe this issue is caused by something different and I want help on how to fix it, while also making my lighting build take the short amount of time it used to.
