shadow issue in path tracer ue5.4 parallel lines pattern changes in size and rotation every time I orbit the viewport camera

hallow everyone, any body have any idea how to fix this shadow issue in path tracer in ue5.4? this (parallel lines pattern) changes in size and rotation every time I orbit the viewport camera, I tried so many stuff, but no luck so far.
the materials are not the issue, I tried to switchbox another type of materials same issue, nor the skylight, because when I delete the skylight, the issue still exist.
