Shadow dots on Mesh

Creating this basic pure white material for a cartoon style project, but the mesh kept showing these dark dots, especially when I move my camera around and especially on the corners on the mesh. Tried fixing the UV map, vertex count, changing the material into a world aligned material, increasing light mass resolution, changing lighting and post processing settings, none seem to help..

Anyone got any idea?

I tested with some other colors, and it turns out this only happens with bright colours. Temporary fix.

Another update:

I think it has to do with the light intensity? I changed the intensity of my directional light from 12 to 6 and lightened the brightness, and the weird dots seem to have disappeared.
