it seems to have helped but i just need to find a way to brighten the shadows on the wall
Okay, let’s try two things.
One, delete the PostProccessVolume, if you got more than one delete them all.
Two, create a new map (CTRL+N) and place some blocks to see if the shadows is working.
Yeah, is this in the new map or when you deleted the PostProcess?

Compare the both maps and then go from there.
Otherwise just copy what you need and place it in the new map.

ok from what i just found out the pre-made level that unreal has available has buggy lighting…cool
