Shadow artifacts when baking my lights in certain locations UE5

For some reason, when baking my lights I get these weird shadow artifacts. I have no idea why it does this. I have my own light map UV set up, and the resolution is set to 128. The worst part is that it works in locations I have yet to bake lights in. So that gave the theory that if I rebaked the lighting with no pre-baked lighting option on, that it would reset the lighting data and give me a chance to rebake with proper lighting. But that didn’t work, and so now I don’t know what to do, and I want to pull my own hair out.
