There was a city building game similar to this which showed only a part of the terrain where you had to scroll to look at other areas.
i wrote a shader based on this thread https://forums.unrealengine.com/archive/index.php/t-1441.html that clip fragments , but as you can see there are gaps that i need to fill with a solid color or a mesh.
How do i achieve this? Also can this be done without a shader like manipulating the mesh somehow?
I posted about about this in unity forums with no luck
