Shader Compile CRASH for apex cloth

I’ve cant figure out why UE4 crashes when compiling shaders as I assign a Material to an apex cloth asset made in maya. the only tutorials are for 3dsmax. Also when adding cloth to a skelital mesh I’m having trouble getting the character and the cloth to show at the same time. its either 1 or the other.

I figured it out. The Tessellation needed to be dissabled in the material. appearently apex cloth and tessellation dont mix.
