SFX don't play when teleporting into range of an Audio device

Summary

Much like how the Day Sequence Device now broke again with it failing to update lighting and settings when you teleport into it’s trigger area, the same happens with Audio devices. I have’t checked other devices but it would seem like this issue may apply to any device where it only activates when a fort_character moves across the threshold of it’s area of effect.

Steps to Reproduce

Use a teleport device, respawn pad or Verse to instantly move a player within the range of any AudioDevice or DaySequence Device. if you then run out of range and back in again it works fine showing that it’s only activating as players leave and enter its threshold.

Expected Result

The devies should recognise that the player is within range and immediately perform their function

Observed Result

Audio does not play for Audio device until several seconds after entering their range. Day Sequence device does not render light settings at all when teleporting from outside its range or from one Day Sequence device area to another.
