Severe Server Lag When Cinematic Sequence Moves Actor (After Latest Update)

Summary

Since the latest Fortnite update, my island is experiencing severe server lag when a “Floor is Lava” system activates.
The lava is moved using a Cinematic Sequence device (prop moving upward) combined with a Damage Volume.
Before the update, this system worked smoothly with full lobbies (up to 32 players).
Now, when the lava begins rising, the server starts lagging heavily.
Older published versions of the map (which previously ran fine) are now showing the same issue.
This suggests a change in server-side replication or actor movement handling introduced in the latest update.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Join the island in a public matchmaking session.
  2. Wait until the lava sequence begins.
  3. Observe server performance as the lava starts moving upward.

Expected Result

The lava rises smoothly and the match continues normally, as it did before the update.

Observed Result

As soon as the lava starts moving:
Server performance degrades significantly.
Players experience server lag / stuttering.
Issue persists while the lava is moving.
Removing the lava prop and Damage Volume (or the sequence device) completely resolves the issue.
