Setting up a mesh in UE4 made in blender

I imported a mesh from blender to ue4 and i have problems setting up the material,how can i make it more proportional?

What do you mean with “more proportional”?
the distorted textures on the windows’ framings?

This distortion is normally based on a bad UV map.
You may check and edit it in Blender.
I recommend using a texture for the material inside Blender to immediately get a feedback before export.
It doesn’t have to be the same texture; simply create one inside Blender using the built-in “UV GRID”, which is ideal to detect distortions.
