SetReplicateMovement speed glitch

I have reproduced this bug with the default FPS template.

The code above runs in my player character. When the code executes, the character’s speed becomes EXTREMELY fast.
It is the only code in the character.

If you set the delay node to 0s, the glitch goes away (the player’s speed never changes). Setting the player’s max walk speed on the client does not solve this glitch.

Any ideas?
