Session Connected but Crashing When Linking to Creative Mode in Fortnite

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with Fortnite’s Unreal Editor (version 5.4). Although my session appears to be connected successfully, when I try to link to Creative mode, it takes an unusually long time and eventually leads to a crash.

Details:

  • Session Status: Connected (as indicated in the Unreal Editor interface).
  • Attempting Action: Linking to Creative mode.
  • Result: Extended load times followed by a crash of the game.

This issue occurs consistently and I’ve captured a screenshot just before the crash which shows the session as connected. The crash reporter pops up afterward, apologizing for the crash and suggesting to contact Fortnite Technical Support.

I have attached the screenshots showing the connected session and the crash reporter for reference. Could anyone provide insights into why this is happening or suggest any potential fixes?
