Sequencer - render movie is out of motion blur

Why is my rendered animation out the motion blur? I have tried to play the game and also tick on auto-play in sequencer, but no success.
I have turned MB on in project setting, There is post-process volume (unbound) without modified MB, all cameras have MB on…but still no MB. Cinematic mode.
I also tried to rewrite MB value to 1 in every place I could find but still no MB in rendered sequence. ANd there are sure some places where should be MB quite visible.
I am doing MB by post in other SW now, which is in 4K tooooo slow.

I have the same problem.
Unreal 4.22.3.
There is motion blur in the game preview.
But after rendering in the sequencer there is no motion blur.
