Sequencer/Grass appearance/Mesh visualisation Range

Hello. I did my 1st render in sequncer and I had a problem. On 2-3 sec in attached video u can see the appearance of grass. I fixed it with adjusment of some render parameters in “World Details”. Also I get to Engine 1 min before warm up and 1800 frames(30fps)=1 min for warm up. Grass doesnt appear from nothing like in example but it still has the same effect. I’ve seen it in different games with different engines, also in UE2. If u know please tell me how to fix it. For me is not important how much resources the scene will consume. I am learning UE4 only for make videos. Thanks. - YouTube

are you using landscape auto material?it seems to cause the issue
