[Sequencer] Custom Depth Pass activation through Sequencer doesn't seem to work anymore

Activating and deactivating the custom depth pass through sequencer doesn’t seem to work anymore since 37.30

Steps to Reproduce

  • have an outline material / any material that requires custom depth stencils

  • Add a post processing volume

  • add the outline material in the post processing volume

  • Create a level sequence

  • Add a prop to the level sequence

  • Track custom depth pass

  • Set custom depth pass to enable

  • Observe prop not getting an outline

I’ve added a video showcasing the steps and it not working.

Expected Result

Being able to activate and deactivate custom depth pass through sequencer

Observed Result

Outline doesn’t show when changing the custom depth pass through sequencer - it used to work before!
