Sequence Render does not match with tracking, single frame render does. PLZ.HELP!!!

I have a problem with the camera in the sequencer in Unreal.
I have tracked objects filmed in real footage for a customer and checked everything via maya. I set up the scene in Unreal, created an imageplane like in maya and everything is congruent in viewport. when I render the sequence, same framerate, the objects float. when I render a single frame from the sequence via the movie renderqueue, everything is in its place. I have already turned off motionblur, no improvement. what can it be? urgently need an idea, have a deadline.
