Sequence is missing Track Outliner!

Summary

The sequence is missing a track outliner, the actors are imported but the ability to add anything to the actors is not possible, due to the missing outliner.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a sequence
2. Click add button
3. Select actor (UEFN native or custom asset) or any other option (audio track ETC)

Expected Result

Track shows in Outliner

Observed Result

No Track appering in the outline only in the timeline

The far left of the sequencer has the outline all the way to the left with no visible divider, Just drag the far left of the outliner over to the right novice mistake
