Sequence Devices pretty broken - players get launched by sequencer actors

Summary

Since recent big update I have been unable to get sequence devices to really work properly at all, and the new bug that has made my map unplayable if a player moves onto an actor that has been moved by sequencer, when they leave or jump off the object they get launched out of the map. This bug also causes the active session to break so that ending game and restarting spawns the player outside of the map, and the only solution is restarting or pushing changes. It seems like the bug might have to do with parenting because all parented objects in any sequence on all of my maps was broken after the update and would spawn at island origin.

Steps to Reproduce

1: Place some objects and have them parented to a main object, then have them get moved by a sequence that plays once and has keep state on
2: After sequence plays, walk onto object and walk or jump off

Expected Result

Physics behaves normally

Observed Result

Player gets launched super far out the map and the play session breaks
