Summary
I placed a pulley, attached 4 ropes and a wooden platform (all FN assets), then added a cinematic sequence device, animated it and because there is a guard nearby I also disabled “can affect navigation”. Then after I started game I saw the platform jitter as shown on video below. World streaming is enabled, setting actors to movable makes it worse (stop motion even), and it didn’t happen when I initially made it, but after I kept building the map for a while.
