Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the Fortnite Creator Portal monetization dashboard.
As of October 31, 2026, my engagement earnings for September 2026 are still displayed as estimates instead of finalized payout amounts.
For previous months, such as August 2026, I can see the actual finalized earnings displayed in blue. However, September has not updated, and I am unable to view the actual earnings for that month.
I contacted Epic Games Support, and an agent advised me to report this issue on the Epic Developer Community Forums so that it could be investigated.
Could you please investigate why my September earnings are still displayed as estimates and confirm when the finalized amount will become available?

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Fortnite Creator Portal at https://create.fortnite.com/.
- Navigate to the Monetization section.
- Open the Engagement tab and view the Daily Payouts and Estimates chart.
- Select September 1–30, 2026.
- Notice that September earnings are still displayed as estimates rather than finalized amounts.
- Select August 2026 and compare the results.
- August displays finalized earnings, while September still shows estimated earnings.
Expected Result
Once the September 2026 engagement payouts have been finalized and posted, the Creator Portal should display the actual earnings instead of estimated values.
The finalized amounts should appear in blue, as they do for previous months such as August 2026.
I should also be able to view the final September payout amount in the Monthly Engagement Payout section.
Observed Result
As of October 31, 2026, the Creator Portal still displays estimated earnings for September 2026.
The finalized earnings for September are not visible, even though previous months, including August 2026, already display actual payout amounts.
I am therefore unable to check the final amount earned during September.
I would like to clarify that I am reporting an issue with the display of finalized earnings in the Creator Portal, not necessarily a missing bank transfer.

I contacted Epic Games Support on October 31, 2026.
The support agent confirmed that finalized earnings should normally appear in blue after the payout has been processed. Since this is not happening for September, I was instructed to submit a bug report here.

Could you please confirm whether the September payout is still being processed or whether this is a dashboard display issue?
