Selected Foliage to static mesh

Hi there, I am trying to assign different stencil values to different foliage types. Is it possible to either create multiple InstancedFoliageActor each containing only one foliage type and separately assign stencil values to them? Also, I was wondering if one can select some foliage types and only convert them to static mesh. Once I have static mesh, I can assign stencil values.
