SeeMonster() not being called for AI bots

My AI bots are not having SeeMonster() called, when they are clearly able to view other AI bots in front of them.

The only requirements I see in the function definition is that bIsPlayer is set to false on the pawn controller.

I see several links to the UDK forums talking about this but they’re inaccessible and not in google cache (I wish they would get the old forums back online!).

Does anyone know why this even might not be getting called?

I dont have a direct answer to your problem (my AIs are marked as bIsPlayer), but…

did you try the internet archive? Internet Archive: Wayback Machine
if you know the link (like you see from google but its not in the google cache) you can try it there

Hmmm, i guess flagging AI as bIsPlayer would actually probably solve my issue… Thanks for the input @Chosker.

I didn’t try the archive. Thanks for the link. Although that’s useful, the links are starting to dry up on google searches. I REALLY hope they make a read only version available soon.
