Hello everyone,
I’m currently facing compatibility issues with Pico Live Preview while working on a VR game using Unreal Engine 5.2.1 targeting the Pico 4 headset. While i was using Unreal 5.1 The live preview Plugin would run for some time and crash, but i was still able to debug through my computer, i knew that eventually i would have to transition to virtual desktop since running something stand-alone from UE on PICO 4 can be a very limiting experience. I’m exploring alternative methods to run and debug my VR game, so would like to ask if anyone under a similar setup has an answer or can throw a light about a possible [Debug/setup solution], to be straight i just need to find a way to access the VR pawn once i connect through VD using the Pico Headset without the need of the PicoLivePreview!.
Has anyone successfully used Virtual Desktop in conjunction with UE5.2 for debugging and running VR content on the Pico 4 headset? I’d greatly appreciate any insights or advice on how to set up and utilize Virtual Desktop effectively for this purpose. Additionally, if there are alternative methods such as Steam VR or OpenXR that could be viable options, I’m eager to hear about your experiences.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance!
Best regards,
