Seeking advice: Importing SSS HLSL shaders to work with Forward Rendering.

Hi guys,

I am interested in a skin shader to work with forward rendering in UE which has proper backscattering.

And since there is no ‘Texture space diffusion’ to get it working with forward rendering at the moment, I was wondering if any of you guys have used an external Software such as ‘Node flex’ or possibly importing HLSL shaders from Unity/Shader Forge that utilize this technique inside UE?

I haven’t tested external programs but i have used Unity extensively. Is there a way to get them into Unreal? Any recommendations on external tools to accomplish this task?

I would like to know this too
