Seeing as though the water material isnt supported with PT, im trying a workaroud using a glass material with a bump map but im getting an orange reflection on it.

Following-up on the orange color tint might be due to a map setting somewhere in the material and would need to take a look at the scene/material settings. What happens if you only are rending the water in Path Tracer, with everything else hidden in the scene graph?
