Thank you for posting in the community and recommend you take a look at the System requirements here as 4GB of VRAM will not run Path Tracer:

This will give you all the details for Path Tracer and Twinmotion 2023.1 but here is a quick summary:

Operating System: Windows 10 or 11, 64 bit

  • Windows 10 64-bit version 1909 revision .1350 or higher, or versions 2004 and 20H2 revision .789 or higher.
  • Please refer to this page to check your Windows operating system version.

Graphic Card: 12 GB (or more) dedicated memory or card with benchmark score over 15 000 here

  • Please refer to the Path Tracer requirement below for further information.
  • Intel ARC Graphic cards are not officially supported.

For Path Tracer

  • Compatible with DirectX 12 and 8 GB (or more) dedicated memory.
  • NVIDIA: Requires RTX 2000 series and above
  • AMD: Requires RX 6000 series and above

How do I see if my card supports DirectX 12 or DirectX 11?

  • In Windows, open the search/start bar and type dxdiag, then select it from the results.
  • The window that pops up shows you your DirectX version.
