Summary
The Score Manager “Use Static Hologram” setting does not work correctly. When Static is enabled, the hologram is still rotating to face the player instead of remaining static as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
- Place a Score Manager device in the level.
- Enable the Use Static Hologram setting.
- Start the game or launch a playtest session.
- Move around the hologram.
Expected Result
The hologram should remain static and keep the same orientation, without rotating to face the player.
Observed Result
The hologram still rotates to face the player, even when Use Static Hologram is enabled.
