Hi everyone!
Another personal work. Inspired by Javier Perez Course - Hallway, Dead Space and Callisto Protocol.
I always wanted to create a bit more darker scene and learn more about the software.
My goal was to pay more attention to composition and lighting.
Hope you liked it! As always - feedback is welcome!
Hope youâre well and having a great week so far!
There is something so hauntingly awesome about a sci-fi hallway. The disarray of items thrown about, the bloody doorways, the KILLER music choice make that hallway even more incredible. Its the lighting and ambient effects, however, that elevate this project to insane levels. Really impressive work!
Thanks for sharing and I hope to see more of your art
Iâm glad that you like it! Music and lighting is very important when making scene like this.
I spent some of time searching good references but in other side I got very good feedback when I started creating this environment and it was also a key for success.
Iâm slowly getting ready to start new project. I think this time I will try build a small town! So stay tuned!
Hey there @czarnecl ! Welcome back to posting with us here on the forums! Weâre happy to see your new project!
I agree with Panda on the terms of itâs haunting beauty. Iâm getting very Dead Space or Gears of War vibes with the content youâve provided. Even the few seconds shown give me chills that I can only describe as the ones that people describe when playing Alien: Isolation.
I also see youâre getting ready to start a new project with a small town and Iâm very curious to see how that comes out! Keep up the awesome work!
Thank you for kind words! I told myself that I will raise the bar every time when I starting new project so it can be better than the previous one.
The new project will include more modeling stuff so it can take a while⌠I have a long break with modeling programs and choosing a theme for this project is an opportunity to start learning it again.
I will probably try to post here some work in progress shots, itâs another opportunity to get some feedback.
I know how the modeling process can be. Just please make sure youâre taking as many breaks as is needed because it can be a very taxing process!
I think posting the work in progress on here would be a good idea so you can have in development feedback as the project progresses. However, if youâd rather work and surprise us with the end result that is completely okay as well!
