So for a while I was trying to figure out what is wrong with my Portals setup and finally gave up.
It looks like that Clip Plane Base and Normal doesn’t work.
I even took the tutorial on A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums and it still doesn’t work.
It still doesn’t clip what can be seen here .
The funniest thing is I downloaded the project from the wiki and the same thing is happening.
Does something changed between 4.15 and 4.17 in this regard?

Apparently ClipPlanes never worked in OpenGL4 rendering and unfortunately it is also the case for Vulkan.
The bug is present as far as version 4.12 with is more than a year old.
Can we do something about it?
