Scene Texture 2D only showing hard shadows

I’m making a camera system where I can switch between different scene texture 2D cameras around my scene. Problem is they seems to interpret the lighting as either a 0 or a 1 as in anything remotely dark becomes completely black. It creates an interesting effect but is not what I’m looking for. All I have is the basic setup of a scene texture 2D with a renter target texture from which I created a material and assigned it to a mesh. It all works fine as I can see the changes live on the render but like I said the lighting is all wrong. Dynamic shadows is on in my scene texture 2D cams and I’ve tried tweaking with the different settings and nothing seems to work…
