Summary
Scaling resets to rotation when deselecting an actor in live edit (using the phone, while scaling something, you deselect, then select again and its set to rotate instead of scale). This issue causes lots of friction when you want to scale multiple objects together.

Open live edit
Place down an actor using the phone
Switch to scale mode and scale it
Deselect and reselect
Expected Result
Phone tool should be on scaling mode
Observed Result
Phone too is on rotate mode (without setting it)
