Scaling materials on Datasmith model

When I attempt to apply materials to my rhino,datasmith model I get problems with the scale when applying materials. The model is in the right scale, the problem is when I try to apply it on the rhino model. As you will see in the picture, the area circled in orange is Unreal’s own construction and the scale here is correct, while the rest of the model I have made myself and the scale is too large. Any suggestions for what might be causing this?

The reason why the material is this big is because of the UV unwrap.

There’s a few things you can do to adjust this:

  • Try re-unwrapping the mesh.

    (Although given the fact that unreal already unwrapped the UV’s itself it probably won’t change much)

    You can do this in the static mesh editor:

  • Scale the material’s texture.
