scale of materials on a 3D model

Hello, we have a problem of rendering with the export from VectorWorks to 3ds/IFC or FBX : none of them works. I have a 3d Model where I can’t put materials on surfaces (walls, roof…). I have only a color but not the texture. It seems to be out of scale.
I try to modify the 3D Vector by ungrouping, taking off the Vector’s textures and I try to export in the format above.
Do you have a clue to resolve this?

the material is placed on your 3D objects based on the UV map. You need to have a correct UV map.

Hello, thanks a lot for your advice. I search on forum and already read this answer but I have no clue of where I can find this UV Map and how I change the settings?

the UV map is created in the application where you have created the 3D models.

but if you use unreal internal objects then the UVs will be created by the editor correctly. Because you are creating some walls you could use the Geometry objects from the editor.

ReHello, I search on my VectorWorks 3d Model : I delete all the texture from it to not have this problem of UV map because I don’t know how to manage it in Vector.
I do think I have a problem with my 3D model because others previous 3D Model have not this thing in Twinmotion.
I also try with several type of files : DAE IFC 3DS but anything works I still have the problem on each import file.
Is it possible to send you the file in PM or something to maybe find the setting I don’t see? If you have time of course.
