By default my Scalability settings are on Epic. When I render through MRQ the scalability is cinematic. However, with Cinematic my water material is dark. When I switch to cinematic in editor it goes dark, switching back to Epic gives me proper water material with reflections, distortion, waves and everything. How can I render in Epic Scalability or what can I do to make the water material work properly. Any help would be highly appreciated.

hello! I realize this is an old thread, but you can change your scalability for MRQ by enabling the game overrides setting in the config. Then you need to uncheck “Cinematic Quality Settings”. You can then open your level blueprint and execute off of event begin play, search for execute console command. Then type SCALABILTY 0, or SCALABILITY 3 for epic settings. I hope that helps!
