Sbsar weird textures or white in viewport

I’m having a really annoying problem. I have already made multiple substance materials and imported them in the same Unreal project. Suddenly this last one doesn’t work. The Textures imported from the sbsar file are very wrong compared to what they should look like. There’s an example with the height map. The left one is what the texture should look like and the right one is what get’s imported in Unreal engine. It’s not the fault of the sbsar file since it works in 3ds max. If I save the textures as a bitmap they do work, except for the base color. This one suddenly turns white in the viewport. While the wrong one does display normally in the viewport, it still lacks the detail from the original texture. I have tried changing a lot of things but can’t find an answer, I hope anyone can help me out with this.
