.sbsar or textures, performance

I was making my textures for materials in Substance Designer and a question arose:

which is heavier for rendering in Unreal:
.sbsar or textures rendered in Substance Designer outputs?

This question is for the viewport and the Render Queue window.

Doubt it makes any difference at all, the sbsar in all likelyhood just bakes its result out to a texture anyway.
