I have also been having the same issues regarding player’s save data being erased in my islands as well. I use a score device and Save Point to track and keep their playtime, and as of now, their playtimes are currently stuck at 0.
I’d love to have some similar treatment as a fix as my players are very upset with their frozen score since they are very dedicated to my maps. Thanks! <3
My Island is still having the issue after it was fixed. The fix returned the gold to the player who lost it. However, I keep getting reports that players are still getting their gold and eliminations reset. @Flak

@Flak We’re experiencing the same issue in two of our maps. Some players are reporting that they have lost their persistent data. We would greatly appreciate any assistance in investigating this problem.
Hey Alex, is it safe to make island update on the fixed island or will it again trigger the issue and we should better wait for the next UEFN update 42.00 and not update our islands before its finally fixed for everyone?

Could this also help with issues with in-island transactions (entitlements) durables being RESET for some since the new season, as its related to data saving etc?
If this is pertaining to data restoration for the stat creator device as well, all our players had their stat creator data wiped in our island so we would very much appreciate having that data restored!
Can confirm in the last 5 players I’ve had reports of players losing there save data (score) I have a manual back up system for them to get it back but it’s 1 time per player and these players have already used there recovery codes once. Save data really needs to be better taken care of.
I also like to add this is more than just auto save/ load as I strictly do not use them on my island.
It happens in mine map too. I even reset the score (removed the old tracker and added a new one), but even so, the score isn’t updated—it always stays at 0!

The fix was deployed yesterday to resolve save point and stat creator device data resets. As of now, a majority of the data for the island creators that requested restores should be completed. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
Hey, we are getting alot of reports about data being reverted multiple times or even reset..
our map was marked as fixed.. but apperantly it’s still effecting..
players data keep getting reverted over and over..
(there’s limited items that they had to do missions to get them that are lost so you can imagine how mad the community is after getting reverted over and over..)

Hey guys, you fixed our map few days ago… everything was ok till now. But looks like you have reset it again to the same point as last time few days ago… the levels and score and inventory of players are showing the old state which they had few days ago
Hi, I’ve noticed that most of my players in my club map have gotten their data back, although some still have frozen scores. I’m guessing that the data is still getting pushed out.
