Save changes to skeletal mesh

Hi, guys, I have made some transform to bones in the skeletal mesh editor, and I want to save the changes, however after I saved it and reopened it, I found the changes was lost
How can I save the changes and update the skeletal mesh file?

try to duplicate it and then save the changes to the duplicate one

Not sure if it’s possible through the editor. You can however mess around with the bones translations for individual animations if you scrub the animation to the left, make something with a bone, and hit the + key at the top. You can add more throughout the animation to do some custom ones within the editor.
It tried moving the head up but i didn’t work, only rotations seems to work.

maybe you need to save a preview mesh collection. Check this panel for a save (disk) icon and click it to save a new collection.
