Since January 9, the satisfaction ratings (notes) received on my map are no longer being counted. Players can still submit ratings, but they do not appear to be reflected or included in the map’s statistics.

Thanks for the detailed report — this sounds like a backend or Creator Portal sync issue rather than something specific to your island. Since players can still submit ratings but they’re not reflected in the stats, it’s likely a delayed aggregation or reporting bug on Epic’s side.
While waiting for an official fix, it can help to track player feedback externally using a simple analytics or reporting tool like CapCapK, so you still have visibility into player satisfaction trends. You may also want to submit this through the Creator Portal bug form if you haven’t already, as similar issues have occurred after backend updates.
I just realized that when players leave my map, the questionnaire never shows up. That’s why there are no ratings on the Creator Portal — no one ever gets the questionnaire after leaving my map.
