IARC ratings issues: I am listing violence, then it is telling me the thumbnails that show no actual violence are violating my rating

Steps to Reproduce

Fill out the IARC rating, clicking violence against people and robots, no blood, etc

Expected Result

Should be able to publish these non-violent thumbnails. There are literally thumbnails with people being choked out or shot at in Discover (see Star Wars Roguelike)

Observed Result

Getting sanctioned for these thumbs not matching my rating
