Sanctioned multiple times without a rational reason

Summary

I’ve literally been sanctioned more than 5 times, and I’ve appealed all 5 of them without receiving a single response. The age rating is already set as high as it can be, it’s Teen (12+). The map does not contain random items or any prohibited content. I was sanctioned the last time because the thumbnail supposedly didn’t align with the gameplay, even though the thumbnail was taken directly in the map and doesn’t include anything that isn’t actually in it. This only shows that they didn’t even enter the map to review it. Please stop using bots to review maps. I understand there are many submissions, but if a map is being sanctioned multiple times, it should be reviewed by a human. Doing this only drives more creators away from the ecosystem.

Additional Notes

If I don’t get a response, I’ll stop uploading maps. It’s honestly exhausting to feel like I’m talking to a wall.

For the thumbnail The rejection is most likely because you are pointing a gun at the viewer

for the other rejection regarding in-island transactions I can’t say for sure since I don’t know what setup you have for transactions

Thank you for the response. I’ve changed the thumbnail, even though with the one you suggested I received a sanction saying it supposedly didn’t align with what’s in the game, which suggests to me that the map wasn’t actually reviewed. I’ll let you know if I manage to publish the map.

Do you have a mesh of first person hand in your map that hold a custom knife mesh? Perhaps attached with scene graph? If so be sure to say that in your appeal, because they are probably seeing the hands and marking it as not aligned because they don’t believe it is actually in-game. Although that does just reiterate your point if you do actually have them in there.
