Summary
I created a Star Wars island in UEFN and used Star Wars vehicle images based on assets that were made available inside the Fortnite ecosystem. After starting a session, I unexpectedly received a sanction. This appears to be a mistake or a bug, because the content was created for use in a Fortnite Star Wars project.

What Type of Bug are you experiencing?
Assets
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Star Wars island in UEFN.
- Use Star Wars vehicle visuals, such as X-Wing, TIE Fighter, or N-1 Starfighter, as PNG images for the project.
- Start a session in UEFN.
- Receive a sanction.
Expected Result
The project should start normally without any sanction, especially since the island is a Star Wars-themed UEFN project and the used visuals are based on Fortnite-provided Star Wars content.
Observed Result
After starting the session, a sanction was issued unexpectedly.

Additional Notes
The sanction seems incorrect because the assets were created only to represent Star Wars vehicles that are already available within Fortnite / UEFN Star Wars content. Please review whether this sanction was triggered by mistake or by an automated detection error.

-
Limits to Star Wars Assets. You can only use the Star Wars Assets that are provided to you in Unreal Editor for Fortnite (“UEFN”) in the manner they are provided within Fortnite and the only approved Star Wars Assets are the ones provided to you for access via UEFN. Do not copy, record, or make any attempt to extract or replicate the Star Wars Assets outside UEFN or your Star Wars Island. Do not import any Disney characters or assets (for example, Star Wars weapons, shields, vehicles, etc.) into UEFN and use them in your islands or In-Island Transactions.
-
Only create using genuine Star Wars Assets.
You are not permitted to create your own version of a Star Wars Asset or new assets based on Star Wars or Star Wars Assets,
or to recreate any non-genuine Star Wars Assets, including for In-Island Transactions.

STAR WARS™ Brand Rules in Fortnite | Fortnite Documentation | Epic Developer Community
We used the vehicles which are already existing. We just put the Pictures of the Vehicles under the Spawnarea. if the " Vehicle not spawned" players would see the “spawn place” of the Vehicle…
Hi as an Indie Developer like me. You may feel these Brand Rules are strict but that is what you agreed to the extended rules.

You are not permitted to alter or create your own version of a Star Wars Assets in other way than supplied.
This means IMHO DONT TOUCH
Please do not try and be clever because these are legally binding rules you accepted and you will end up getting a ban from UEFN like other developers have done.
You might be right. Its kinda crazy.
