RVT blend not working for different heights

Followed the documentation and videos for creating the new RVT based blend with landscapes and it was a success.

However I’ve come to a little bump on the road.

If I was to place a mesh onto a landscape with RVT blend ON, it works fine on default height, however if I move that mesh a bit higher or lower, the blending is gone. I understand it works based on height and mine is setup to be “Absolute world position”.
It looks like this:

The right one is the first mesh I created and adjusted the blend parameters. The left one is the same duplicated mesh, but moved a bit higher.

This is the logic inside the Master material.

How do I set it up to be based on the object position or even better, everytime it collides with the landscape?

Material node is not problem. Check virtual texture component option on Runtime Virtual Texture Sample that World Height.
