Rural Australia is glowing in UE5.1

I have problems with the Rural Australia project when I use it for virtual production. In the NDisplay all the reflections are glowing like on a Christmas tree.
I use UE5.1 and have the config file for UE5 of the project.
Does anyone have the same problem and at best a fix?

Hi vigniti,

I get that effect sometimes in UE5.1 - it goes away if you close it down and restart, normally - that’s probably the first thing to try…

unfortunately, it is every time.
lumen is active. if i set bloom and lensflares to 0 i get white dots.

I have the same issues. But on very different meshes.

But as I opened a scene with the trees of Rural Australia there are the same glowing spots.

Same problem here… It´s not always shadow/sunlight. But always sticks with the texture as the trees are moving.

This goes away when DirLight is turned of.

But others stay when DirLight is turned of.

UPDATE:

Opend it up in freshly installed 5.0.3 and it looks good. Dont know if its my project settings or if the problem is 5.1 related.

Facing the same problem. I feel its a 5.1 problem, as it works properly in 5.0. Has anyone found a solution yet?
Another thing I have noticed is that the shimmering problem gets solved when I disconnect the normal node in the parent material (in 5.1). But it makes the leaves lifeless. Thanks in advance.

I have finally solved it: an updated UE5 - DefaultEngine.ini can now be downloaded from the Marketplace. The glowing dots have disappeared.

Found another way, Select post process volume and in the details window look for post process volume settings, Uncheck the enable above Infinite Extent (unbound)
